WHOLESALE APPLES & JUICE

With over 1600 acres of high-density farms across the Durham Region and GTA, Algoma grows a wide variety of apples including: Gala, Honey Crisp, Red Delicious, Ambrosia, Cortland, McIntosh, and several more. Along with over 50 growers throughout the province of Ontario, Algoma's packing and juicing facility brings in more fruit every year. We then sort the fruit through a very intelligent packing and grading system. From there, apples that make the grade are packed for their respective destinations.

When we receive orders from our loyal customers, our team diligently works to fulfill each order. For apples that don't quite meet our high grading standards, we utilize those apples in our juice facility. Our juice plant houses a state-of-the-art juice press and bottler which allows us to produce ready to sell bottles of cider, mulled cider, and other juice varieties for our customers

SORTING & PACKING

With over 1600 acres of high-density orchard, along with over 50 Ontario growers, Algoma has a lot of apples to sort through!

Because of this, we house a fully customizable grading and sorting system. This allows us to divide and grade apples by different variables including size, quality, and pressure.

Apples that meet our grading's standards are then passed along to our packing line. Currently, Algoma four separate packing lines that allow us to run tray fruit, bag fruit, bulk bins, and presize.

We pack 1000 boxes of fruit per hour, and as we expand we will be revamping our equipment to be able to pack even more.
